This would be a cool project to do WITH you kids.  They will love the look of the fan once it is complete!enhanced-buzz-19618-1411935008-11 Before you do anything check if the fan is turned off and is not plugged in, after you are positive that it’s safe to start working with the fan proceed to the next step. According to the fans user manual remove the top protective cover that covers the blades. Rainbows appear in seven colors because water droplets break white sunlight into the seven colors of the spectrum (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet). Paint the blades of the fan with the above mentioned seven colors, however if the fan have less than seven blades, you can remove indigo and violet and you will still have the rainbow effect. Wait for the paint to dry, and this is very important because you don’t want the paint droplets to land on your wall or furniture. Secure the protective blade cover removed in the first step and power on the fan, and enjoy your rainbow fan.
