Send File
For a fast turnaround of your print order we recommend sending the files via FTP (File Transfer Protocol). You may also transfer files by e-mail or via a web browser through our web interface.
FTP is one of the best ways to send computer files over the Internet. Files will not be altered in any way by being transferred via FTP. It is the standard protocol for transferring files and is much more reliable than Email. Any file size can be transferred from our customer’s computer to our FTP computer, unlike the the 15mb limit for Email.
Using our Web Interface
You can use your web browser to access our FTP Web Interface. In your browser’s address bar, type (or click on the link, you will be re-directed to our web interface):
You will need a User ID and your password to upload your files. Please contact our office to acquire one if you don’t already have one.
Please email us the job specifications and confirm receipt, we will then begin to process your job immediately. Your sales representative will usually have a proof for you within 24 hours.
